Returning to work after being out of the workforce for a period of time may seem daunting. You may be wondering how to start the transition back to full time employment following:

If your injury or illness is work-related then your employer would have a return to work program. This program documents the employer's policies and procedures for managing workers who have had a work-related injury or illness.

WorkCover has developed a standard return to work program that can be used by most employers and your return to work can be supported by a WorkCover accredited therapist.
